Refund Process

Eric Company provides trustworthy high fashion products. Within the 7 days after you receive your order, if there is a problem with the products quality, you can choose to replacement your purchase. This allows you to have sufficient time to consider your choice and  make sure you have made the right decision, and purchase without risks(the 7-day limit starts from the signed date on the receipt form). The company will be responsible for the mailing costs.

Eric Company 7-day replacement promise:

Eric Company provides trustworthy high quality products. But if you purchase a product that has quality problems and have paid

  • 1. The full payment (not the deposit)
  • 2. Not customized the product (including engraving)
  • 3. An unworn product (if the product or the tag is damaged, it will be regarded as a worn product). You can replacement the product within 7 days after you receive the product (the 7-day limit starts from the signed date on the receipt form) if you have all of the 3 conditions above. We will provide you with a complete replacement service according to the《Consumer protection laws》and other similar laws.
The basic conditions for applying for replacement:
  • 1. The product for return should be kept the way it was when you received it. (Except for the products that have quality problems)
  • 2. The replacement product should be unworn and its related accessories should be complete (if the product or the tag is damaged, it will be regarded as a worn product).
  • 3. The warranty card, receipt and other written materials should not be written on and should not have any damage or fold marks.
  • 4. The packaging of the refunded product should remain complete.
  • 5. You are only allowed to refund a product once.
Non- replacement situations:
    • 1. The warranty label, package or certificate of authenticity is altered, torn, removed or unreadable.
    • 2. The proof of purchase or warranty card is altered, torn or lost; or disassembled and fixed without consent.
    • 3. Failures or damages caused by moving, falling, contact or force.
    • 4. The products packaging has marks or stains.
    • 5. Damages that are caused by packaging or improper transportation operation during the process of returning the product to the shop.

*Notice: The categories and rule requirements that are not mentioned above will be according to country laws.

The process and time arrangements of refunds:

If you find a problem with the product after purchasing, please contact our customer service:Customer service will check your order form content and immediately complete a refund. There are 3 kinds of situations

  • 1. If you need to make an exchange, please contact our customer service via email or phone to verify the shipping information. (Address, item, etc.)
  • 2. Put the item into its original packaging and mail it back. Once we verify the returned item, the process will continue.
  • 3. Our customer service will contact you within 3 business days after your application has been recieved , and your application will be processed within 7 business days.
  • 4. Exchange request  must be filed within 7 days of receipt. Please notice that any exchange later than 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
  • 5. Once the exchange has been approved, please send back the item you purchased. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all booklets, guarantees, accessories, product tags, and complimentary gifts if they were attached. We will send you a verification document, and a verification code of exchange.
  • 6. The original box of the watch must be intact. Please also send back the item to be returned in its original mailing box. If the original mailing box is missing, please use another mailing with the watch box inside. If any damage has occurred on the original box, the item will not be eligible for any return or exchange.
  • 7. Every returned item will be examined by us or third party. If the manufacture’s box or any part is damaged or accessories of the item are missing, the return will not be accepted.
     
  • 8. Once the item is readily packed, our customer service will provide you with the information to mail the item back. Please keep the receipt of the delivery for reference.
  • 9. We will send the returned item to appraisal authorities to check the authenticity of diamonds, platinum, and other precious metals that needs to be appraised. As for rough diamonds, we will verify the registration number. carved on the diamond to check the authenticity. If there are any problem or controversy regarding the process, we will consult non-affiliated third party arbitrator.
  • 10. Returned watches will be appraised by at least two professional appraisers. The returned watches must be unworn, unused, and intact , with no scratches or signs of being used. Any original accessories, and the plastic film must also be intact.
Notice:
  • *Our products are high-priced watches. The 7-day trial does not apply for our products. If you need to return, the product it needs to remain intact. (Including the product, any accessories, and both the inner and outer package)
  • *Only defective items are eligible for exchange. Other exchange requests, for example, asking for a different color or a different model will not be accepted.
  • There is no trial period for any product. If you need to return or exchange your product after being used (except for defective items), extra fees will be charged.
  • *Any return or exchange will not be accepted if the product is used, sculpted, altered, or damaged in any other ways. Customized, special order products, and promotional products are not eligible for return or exchange.
    Products without the exchange code, transportation insurance, or with damaged packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • *If you need to have the product appraised, we insisted that our delegate must be present at the appraisal. If you are not able to show up, we assume that you agree with the result of the appraisal.
  • *We guarantee your wrist watch to be authentic and manufactured by the original brand. Your wrist watch comes with a warranty from its original manufacturer. Please consult your guarantee booklet, or the manufacturer for information of the warranty.
  • *The shipping fee, applicable taxes, before the returns arrival will be the responsibilty of the buyer. We will not be responsible for any damages which occur during transportation.

1. Our Price

  • a.Our products are high-price watches. The 7-day trial does not apply for our products. If you need a return, the product needs to remain intact. (Including the product, any accessories or gadgets, and both the inner and outer package)
  • b.If there is any act of bargaining from the buyer, we will stop the transaction immediately.

2.Caution

  • a.Please be certain before placing any order. Do not waste unnecessary time for both our company and yourself.
  • b.All return requests of high-priced items will not be accepted. Please don’t make unreasonable requests.
  • c.Personalized orders will be processed in 1~6 weeks. Please consider the wait time  waiting before you make an order. Return and exchange for personalized orders due to the time of manufacture will not be accepted.

3.Please respect our goodwill. DO NOT give false feedbacks or use negative feedbacks as threats.

4.About The Complimentary Gifts

    • a.All complimentary gifts will be sent according to the promotion and the amount of your purchase. Further information will be posted on our website.

5.We provide paid gift wrapping services for our customers.

6.Any extra services will not be refunded if you wish to return or exchange any product.

7.There will be extra fees if you still need gift wrapping services after an exchange.
